Manage session security, access restrictions, and system-level permissions
Security & Access Settings
Changes to security and access settings apply system-wide immediately and affect all users. All modifications are logged in Audit Logs.
Session Management
Control user session timeout and behavior
Users will be logged out after this period of inactivity
Warning notification before auto logout
End session when browser is closed
Only one active session per user
Login & Account Security
Protect against unauthorized access attempts
Maximum failed login attempts before action
Temporarily lock account after max attempts
How long to lock the account
New users must change default password
Password Policies
Define password strength requirements
Minimum characters required
At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
At least one number (0-9)
At least one special character (!@#$%)
Force password change after this period
